Description
The newly built Istrian-style apartment FIORELA2 is located in Tar, a small town 10 km away from the tourist centers Porec and 5 km from Novigrad. The flat is part of a complex with 9 flats in three adjacent structures that together form the complex.
The air-conditioned apartment located on the first floor of the secondary building with two apartments.
The Fiorela1 apartments on the ground floor and Fiorela2 on the upper floor can be connected and become a home for groups of several people.
The accommodation consists of a comfortable bedroom with double bed (bed 160x200) and an additional single bed, linen provided (weekly change), bathroom with shower cabin, bidet, hairdryer, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, towels two for each person provided (changed weekly), the living area with sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, dining table with four seats, kitchenette with two electric hobs, fridge with freezer area (10 l), toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine, Mocca, kettle, pots, plates and cutlery.
The balcony with four garden chairs and a table is connected to the living area.
The balcony overlooks the garden and the pool area. An internal staircase leads to the first floor
Guests can use the pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches, playroom for children and adults with pool table, table tennis, TV, flat screen, sofas and armchairs. The property is fenced, free public parking is located near the residence (50m). In the structure, upon request, a shared space is available with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The grocery store, church, restaurant, park, parking, pharmacy within a radius of 100-250 m.
The station of the tourist train that leads to the beaches (sand, gravel and rocks) of the Lanterna tourist village (3 km from the house) is located 50 m from the property . Near motordrome, tennis courts and horse riding center.
