The villa features five comfortable bedrooms, four of which are equipped with double beds, while one has two single beds, making it perfect for families with children or groups of friends. There are four modern bathrooms with shower cabins, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

Surrounded by a large 1600 m² yard, the villa offers plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor activities. The private pool is complemented by 10 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air. For the youngest guests, there is a children's playground with a swing and a slide, while the fully enclosed yard provides safety and privacy. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €10 per day.

Guests also have the option to rent a boat for an additional charge, offering the perfect opportunity to explore the nearby coastline. The villa provides five parking spaces, making it convenient for larger groups.
