This amazing unique, stone Villa Pietra is situated in a small village Pridraga, 36km from city Zadar. The Villa is old around 100 years and it has two floors connected by a spiral staircase. Interior of the Villa extends on a 130m2 and consists of a 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with 2 separate beds, one bathroom with a shower. Fully equiped kitchen with a dining area, living room with a fire place, WiFi, TV SAT, AC, everything in a dalmatian style. Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool - 15m2 located on the first floor with an amazing view on a big open terrace. This terrace offers guests a BBQ station, dining area, sun loungers and place where they can fully relax from the stress and the crowed at the peak of the season. Outside area is prepared for children with a swings, slide and trampoline. From Pridraga it is easy to visit local attraction.: Paklenica National Park, Tulove grede or the Zrmanja River Canyon. The city Zadar, which is known for its rich cultural heritage and numerous summner events. Pets are welcome, free parking and bicycles at disposal, too.
