Comfortable accommodation located on the ground floor of the estate for families up to eight people, which is ideal for two families or a larger family. It is located in the quiet and small village Puntera, which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a partial view of the sea a couple kilometers away. Guests can enjoy the use of well-maintained garden with a pool (round pool 4m x 1,2m depth) and a basement with fireplace ideal for grilling. There are two parking spaces within the plot. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is available in the house, as a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a whirlpool tub and four bedrooms with eight large beds (six beds 200x90cm + french bed 200x160cm). Two additional possibilities for sleeping on a sleeping couch. Maintained beaches or nice natural beaches are however ten and more kilometers away (Rabac, Krnica, Rakalj, Pula, Medulin).
