This small holiday house is in a very quiet and peaceful location by the forest, not far from the beach and the sea. It is an ideal location for guests who would like to spend a relaxing and undisturbed seaside holiday. The one-storey 40m² house can accommodate three people. It has a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a bedroom with a wardrobe and a double bed (180 x 200cm). The living room-kitchen provides a sofa bed (140 x 190cm), a TV and a dining table for three people. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven and fridge. The house can be completely cooled or heated from the living room-kitchen. In front of the house there is a roofed and furnished terrace. The site around the house is completely fenced. Next to the house there are parking spaces. It is just 700 metres to the beach, a ten-minute walk away. The nearest little supermarket, where you can buy everyday essentials, is 2000 metres from the house.
