Description

This holiday home is a terraced house with two floors, situated in the quiet little village Barbici about 6km from Porec. It is a quiet estate with plenty of nature all around and just 2km from the sea. A well-presented garden awaits you outside with a grill and deckchairs, as well as a roofed terrace with garden furniture that adjoins the garden. You can therefore enjoy a sociable grill evening. One of the bedrooms opens onto an additional little balcony, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view over the sea. There are two free private car parking spaces. Pets are not allowed. With around 100m² of living space, it can accommodate a maximum of seven persons. It is a new, modern and ecologically built house in a Mediterranean style, with traditional Istrian architecture elements. The living and dining room provides a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a TV and a big dining table with chairs. The adjoining open kitchen is equipped with an oven, an electric stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The first floor comprises three bedrooms with big double beds (160cm wide), two bathrooms and a gallery with a sofa bed for one person (180cm wide) and an armchair, connected to one of the bedrooms by stairs. The whole house has air conditioning and you can also make use of a washing machine, a tumble dryer and free Wi-Fi. Not far from the house there is the Baredine cave (about 1km), which can be visited to a depth of around 60 metres. In Porec there are also many festivals, summer concerts outdoors, exhibitions, cinema programmes etc. There are many beaches in the town Porec and in the area. The Istrian coast is almost 445 kilometres long.
