The environment around the house is quiet, the exit from the house is on a small terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor. The house consists of a spacious lobby with sofas and a living room with fireplace. The ground floor contains a toilet. In the lobby there are stairs leading to the first floor. On the first floor are four spacious bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with dining area. Roc is located on a hill, a typical Istrian place, very close to the Ucka Nature Park where you can hike, enjoy paragliding, hiking on beautiful trails. It is great for using bicycles because it is quiet and full of paths. Thirty kilometers away is the sea and you can meet very beautiful beaches such as: Opatija, Medveja, Mošcenicka Draga, Rabac .... Istria abounds in wineries, historical sites, good inns with homemade food. For a great supply of groceries you can visit the town of Buzet which is a few kilometers away, but Roc has its own shop which is well stocked.
