The lower floor is occupied by a Croatian family, while the owner lives in the apartment next door upstairs. It was fully renovated just recently in 2015 and provides all modern amenities, including air conditioning units and wireless Internet access in all rooms. The apartment consists of an open living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a very modern ensuite daylight bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa and a wide armchair, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a stereo system and a safe for your valuables.
