This charming pool holiday house is located in the center of the famous touristic town Vodice, in a quiet neighborhood near the beach, only 600 meters away. The center is about 300 meter down the street. Included in the rent are bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, access to the pool etc. There is a yard with private parking spaces, garden surrounded by olive trees and grill facilities free for your use. Also, there is a trampoline for kids in the yard. The house has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a small double sleeping sofa suitable for one adult or two children and equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The house has a swimming pool and olive grove view, it is air conditioned, with flat-screen SAT-TV and free WiFi. The outdoor pool (40 sqm) with terrace equipped with the sun loungers and parasols is shared with other two small units of the nearby complex. The neighborhood is very convenient because everything is very close: beach, shops, cafes, center, restaurants but the street is very quiet with almost no traffic, so you can enjoy you stay in Vodice in the best possible way. Security deposit of 150 € payable on arrival.
