The apartment of around 72m² has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds and the third has a single bed. The sofa corner in the living room provides a further bed. The large and modern living and dining room also has an LCD TV with cable channels, a DVD player and a dining corner, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen unit, equipped with a hob, fridge, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. The bathroom provides a shower, WC and washing machine. The house is in quiet and green surroundings. It is just 100 metres to a park and a children’s playground, as well as to the Bacvice sandy beach. This oldest and most beautiful beach is also known for its pulsating nightlife. It is just a few hundred metres to a number of restaurants and cafés offering traditional dishes. You can get here without a car, as the main train station, the bus station and the ferry harbour are all only around 200 metres away. The harbour has daily boats to the islands of Brac, Hvar and Solta. The major beach promenade in the historic centre, Riva, the Diocletian palace and the farmer’s market are all within a five-minute walk. Split is rich in culture and in historic sights that will enrich your holiday. In the largest coastal town in Croatia everyone will find a suitable leisure programme.
