It is furnished with modern furniture and offers to its guests a spacious covered terrace, private covered parking and an outdoor grill all situated at the enclosed garden of 200 m2 The owner does not live on the property. Holiday home Green Marea for 4 persons is situated on two floors whith a surface of 90m2.. In the ground floor is a spacious living area with satellite tv, kitchen with dining table and exit to the 15 m² large terrace with table, barbecue and chairs, and separate toilet. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and balcony whith a nice view, one with two single beds and shower/toilet in the hall. The double village Tar-Vabriga has so far been spared from mass tourism, but still offers an excellent infrastructure with bars, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Only 1.5 km away is the peninsula Lanterna with many beautiful beaches. Tar-Vabriga is also an excellent starting point to get to know Istria. The coastal towns of Porec and Novigrad can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Also the Istrian hinterland with the artist town Grožnjan or the historical mountain village Motovun is within easy reach.
