The house consists of a spacious living area on the ground floor, with an open kitchen and dining area, and a guest bathroom. From the living area you have access to a covered terrace with a nice seating area. The covered terrace is ideal for breakfast or dinner outdoors. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. There is another bathroom on the ground floor. The villa is air-conditioned. The outdoor area includes a nice barbecue area and a spacious pool with a love area in the garden. All in all, Villa Nika is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. Villa Nika has a carport so you can park your car comfortably in the shade.
