The apartment is located on the Punta Peninsula, close to beaches, sports fields (tennis, football, handball), sports centers (diving, water skiing, etc.). It is 800 m from the city center.Hello dear guests, our names are Marijan and Vesna and we will be happy to host You in our Istrian house, decorated in a rustic style with antique furniture where you can feel as if time has stopped. Since we are renters for the first time, we hope to be able to satisfy all your needs to our mutual satisfaction. Marijan is engaged in olive growing, so you can try top-quality Istrian olive oil and wine with us. Welcome gift package (domestic products) for all our guests. We are looking forward to your arrival.
Neat, clean and air-conditioned apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, hallway (60 m²) and terrace (13 m²). There is a flat screen TV in the dining room and there is free WiFi throughout the apartment.
On the terrace there is a table and four chairs and an awning. In the yard there are two parking spaces, water, grill, lawn and garden.
In addition to the beautiful park, four bicycles are available for guests to use free of charge.
