Not far from the sea, walking distance to the centar of Visnjan, but yet in a nice location surrounded with private houses. The house is spacious, it consists of a large living area, dining area with fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower downstairs. There is also a storage with washing machine and a dryer. The dining area overlooks a stunning pool. There is also a covered terrace near the pool with large table and chairs. There are sunbeds around the pool and swings for the children in the garden. Thre is a BBQ as well. Upstairs, there are 2 morre double bedrooms , each with en suite bathrooms. The garden is fully fenced and there are 3 parking places inside the property. The pool can be heated in pre and post season with an extra cost.
