Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and their entrance is from the pool terrace. Whole villa is covered with AC units and WIFI. The open space kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and additional wine fridge. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Outdoor area consists of large swimming pool 8 x 5 m surrounded with sun loungers and parasol, roofed kitchen (dishwasher, sink) with BBQ, skewer and dining table, parking, children´s playground and table tennis.
