This luxurious 5* Villa is situated on a remote and completely fenced property of 2000 m² and offers its guests absolute privacy. Interior of 290 m² offers a comfortable and great stay for large family or group of friends. On the ground floor you will find the fully and modernly equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and indoor fireplace, where your favorite meals can be cooked. Once prepared, the meals can be enjoyed with the whole family in the charming dining area for 8 people. The cozy living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, as well as with a Smart TV, and Play Station 4. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom, air conditioning and TV. The three rooms have a double bed and one bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds which can be arranged in one double bed if it's required. There is also a separate toilet in the house which is practical for after swimming and sunbathing in the pool. Pets are allowed in the villa upon prior request with possible additional payment. In the beautifully landscaped and spacious courtyard there is a 40m2 large swimming pool. After swimming you can relax in the shade under parasols and use one of the 6 deck chairs or 3 tabourets. Entertaining facilities for children such as a children's house and slides are located in the garden. Two bicycles are available for adults. This is ultra-luxurious, spacious villa, completely surrounded with maximum guarantee of privacy.
