There is also a spacious and modern living room with a double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. In the basement you will have a small gym and laundry area, and the outside of the house you can enjoy in a beautiful furnished terrace with pegola, barbecue and a large pool where you can refresh yourself during hot summer days.
