Description
This elegant stone house with a romantic décor is on a hill in the historic centre of the village Žman. It is in a quiet and secluded location.
Outside there are large and well-kept areas of lawn. There are two parking spaces, an outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen with a brick-built barbecue, a fridge, an electric hob for cooking and enjoying meals outdoors. Enjoy the enchanting view and the fresh sea breeze.
The house has been completely newly designed in a modern style. It has been recently renovated using environmentally-friendly materials. The house has modern and comfortable furniture. The wood ceilings with skylights, that allow you to see the starry sky at night, offer a special charm. The floor is laid with high-quality laminate. The ceramics and fittings in the bathroom are also of a high quality and there is a Jacuzzi bath. The fully-equipped, modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The house has a washing machine, air conditioning in all the rooms and satellite TV. The interior provides a living room with a kitchen unit, a bedroom with a double bed 8160 x 200cm) and a cot, a bathroom, and in the attic a second bathroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a bunk bed (each 90 x 200cm). Therefore the house can accommodate four adults, two teenagers and a toddler.
Despite the quiet location, all amenities such as bars, two restaurants, a grocery shop, a yacht harbour, a post office and a doctor are in the vicinity. The sea is about 600 metres away. So this charming stone house is the ideal choice for those who would like to spend a relaxing and restorative holiday in natural surroundings.
IMPORTANT: The hot tube of our facility has always been emptied and disinfected for each new arrival. In addition, modern Clear Ray technology helps eliminate any bacteria present in the water by reducing the use of chemicals.
