Fully detached holiday villa with a private swimming pool and beautiful garden This luxurious, two-storey holiday villa is located in Ozankoy Village, approximately 2.5 km away from the town centre. The villa is a perfect home away from home. It is practically designed for your comfort and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden ensuring your privacy. The spacious villa is surrounded with trees. It has a big private pool (6 meters wide and 12 meters long). The garden of the villa is 3000 m 2 and has a separate organic garden which is about 650 m 2 where seasonal vegetables grow and holiday makers are welcome to harvest the crops when the time is right. The villa has four bedrooms with a double bed each. There is a sofa bed in the living room for two more persons. Upon request, an extra bed can be provided. The villa can accommodate up to elevn persons. The building itself is approximately 350 m 2. There are five modern bathrooms. Four are en suite and there is one bathroom in the master bedroom. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a dining area. In the living room there is a fireplace and plasma TV. The villa is perfect for relaxing holidays as it is located just outside the city where noise is at minimum but holiday makers are still close to the activities nearby. Guests can easily access coffee shops that are within a walking distance as well as the public beach which is 5 minutes in range. There are also bars at a walking distance and provide live entertainment at night time. The city center is 3 minutes driving where restaurants, bars, live shows and many other activities can be found. It's 10 minutes to the famous Bellapais Village, 5 minutes to Kyrenia city centre and 15 minutes to the beaches of Catalkoy, provides assorted options and opportunities to the traveller during his/her holiday.
