Our cosy apartments "U Semushki" are located in the main street of health resort town of Pernink. The guests have one of three apartments disposable, while each of them takes the whole floor; that is why you can live there together with children or with friends (8 - 10 persons in each apartment, we can accommodate up to 26 visitors at the same time). The inside of the building has been reconstructed and equipped with new furniture recently. Convenient location and homely atmosphere assure your relaxation and we shall do everything to make it comfortable at maximum. There are three apartments in the building with the area of 80 square meters and the whole floor belongs to each apartment. Therefore you can come with more friends, you can rest together and you do not have to disturb each other. U Semushki Apartment 3 (Apartment in the attic): • Four-room apartment ?3 with a kitchenette in the attic • Living room with LCD TV, SAT, DVD, kitchenette • Separate room with a double bed • Two bedrooms with sofas • The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, kitchen appliances including an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a large fridge. • The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a laundry dryer. • Separate toilet • Linen, a set of towels • As a standard it is suitable for 6 guests • On request, additional 4 persons can be accommodated Parking next to the guest house. Restaurants, discos, shops, cinema, pharmacy, post office and information centre are in the neighbouring buildings.
