This new and exceptionally spacious holiday home, accommodating up to 8 people, is located on a well-maintained natural plot in Øer, south of Ebeltoft. The house is surrounded by a large, partially covered tiled terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, a grill, and a wood-fired wilderness spa. For children, there are swings and play equipment. This is a magnificent house, equipped with everything you need for comfort and enjoyment, regardless of age.

The entire house features high ceilings, adding to the feeling of space and light. The large, elegant living room with panoramic windows is open to the kitchen and leads out to the terrace. There is a dining area for 10 people, a wood-burning stove, and a TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels. The well-designed and stylish kitchen includes ceramic cooktops, a built-in oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The 8 sleeping spaces are distributed across 5 lovely, bright bedrooms with double beds, each with access to the terrace. The large, beautiful bathroom includes a shower, spa bath, and a smaller bathroom with a shower. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The spacious utility room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Internet access is provided. Additionally, one bedroom offers a handicap lift, available if needed.

The Øer area is a cozy and popular vacation spot close to both forest and beach. The beach is known for its shallow water and sandy stretches, although in some places it may be a mix of stones and sand. For mountain biking enthusiasts, the area offers a 13 km trail with varying difficulty levels. The nearby harbor has excellent dining options, charming specialty shops, the historic warship Fregatten Jylland, and the Glass Museum. In the town center, you'll find the Old Town Hall, where couples from far and wide come to get married. It's about a 20-minute drive to Ree Park, where you can get close to wild animals, and just under an hour's drive to the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
