Spacious and delightful holiday home with ample room for the entire family. Fully modernized in 2009, the house feels new and contemporary. Surrounding the home are several large terraces with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill, allowing you to always find a sheltered spot, regardless of wind direction. The expansive property also features a cozy fire pit, as well as swings, a sandbox, and a football goal for both kids and adults to enjoy.

Inside, there is a combined living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen that opens into a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a TV offering Danish channels and one German channel (ZDF). The kitchen includes a stove with ceramic cooktops and an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Sleeping accommodations are in a separate section added in 2009, featuring four lovely bedrooms: three with double beds and one with bunk beds, providing a total of 8 sleeping spots. Additionally, there is a cozy loft with two single beds. The house has two small but well-designed bathrooms, each with a shower and underfloor heating, one of which also includes a washing machine. Wireless internet is provided.

The area around Øer is a beautiful natural region with forests, fields, and beaches, perfect for hiking and cycling. There is also a mountain bike trail in the area. The house is located about a 5-minute drive from the town of Ebeltoft, which offers numerous activities and a charming old town atmosphere.
