In the quiet cottage area of Lærkelunden north of Øer, you'll find this older but well-maintained and continuously modernized holiday home on a lovely,  natural lot. A well-appointed and cozy house. Large south- and west-facing, partially covered tiled terrace with access from the living room, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill. Additionally, there is a swing set for the little guests on the property.

The bright living room in open connection with the kitchen features tiled floors, a wood-burning stove, a dining area for 6 people, comfortable sofa furniture with good armchairs, TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels, and a DVD player. Lovely, new kitchen with ample workspace, ceramic hobs, built-in oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The house has 2 large, bright bedrooms with double beds, one with access to the terrace, and 1 slightly smaller room with a double bed, accommodating a total of 6 guests. A good, newer tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, shower enclosure, washing machine, and dryer. The house has a heat pump with air conditioning. There is a high chair for the little ones. Internet access is available.

Øer is located just a few kilometers south of Ebeltoft with its charming, cobblestone streets and good shopping opportunities. The child-friendly Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, dunes, large sandbanks, and rich birdlife. There are good opportunities for fishing and water activities, and the entire area invites for lovely cycling and hiking excursions.
