Within walking distance to the beach, you'll find this older but very charming holiday home. The house features a cozy living room with a heat pump, and from here, you can access a large terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a grill. The living room is connected to the delightful kitchen area, which includes a dishwasher. There is a nice bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating. Sleeping accommodations are in three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a double sofa bed. TV is available via Chromecast. For young guests, there is a high chair. The house is situated on a lovely natural plot with plenty of space for play and outdoor relaxation.

The Øer area is a charming and popular holiday destination, close to both forests and the beach. The beach is known for its shallow waters and sandy shore, though in some places, it may be a mix of stones and sand. For mountain biking enthusiasts, there is a 13 km trail in the area, divided into different levels of difficulty. The house is about a 10-minute drive to the harbor in Ebeltoft, where you'll find the Glass Museum, a leading institution in modern glass art. The harbor also offers several great dining options, and you can always buy freshly caught fish. A visit to the Fregatten Jylland is also recommended. In the charming cobbled streets of Ebeltoft, there are many interesting shops, including those selling decorative items, as well as cozy cafes. The town is also home to the most visited landmark, the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. From the house, it’s just about an hour’s drive to the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Scandinavia's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
