New, well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The house's 6 sleeping places are distributed across 3 lovely bedrooms with double beds. Large, luxurious bathroom with cabinet arrangement and shower cubicle and sauna, as well as a slightly smaller bathroom with a shower cubicle, both wet rooms with underfloor heating. In a small utility room with entrance from the terrace, you will find a washing machine and a dryer, and for the little guests, there is a high chair. The house has a heat pump and internet access.

The house is located about 600 meters from Øer Strand in a hilly and beautiful natural area, only a few kilometers south of Ebeltoft with its charming cobblestone streets and good shopping opportunities. Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich bird life. There are good opportunities for fishing and water activities, and the entire area invites you to lovely bike rides and hikes.
