From the entrance, you enter the large and bright kitchen/dining room with a living room in one and access to the loft. There is a spacious dining area and a cozy sofa corner where you can relax in front of the wood-burning stove. Well-equipped kitchen with stove with oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Bright and lovely bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, and washing machine. From the south-facing terrace with access from the living room, there is access to an annex, which houses a large, luxurious bedroom with a double bed. In addition, the house has 2 rooms with double sofa beds and a loft with 2 mattresses. Television with Danish TV (only free channels), radio, and Blu-ray player. Internet access. Outdoors, there are garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill, as well as swings for the little ones.

The scenic area near Øer is only a few kilometers from Ebeltoft's charming streets and good shopping opportunities. Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich bird life, offering excellent fishing opportunities. For cycling enthusiasts, one of Denmark's best mountain bike trails is quite close by.
