Just 5 minutes drive from Ebeltoft, you'll find this beautiful and very well-maintained house. The house is situated on a well-kept lot with the most beautiful view over the Kattegat Sea. The house includes a very cozy and well-furnished living room with a wood-burning stove and access to a lovely covered terrace area with good garden furniture. Adjacent to the living room is the beautiful kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave. Beautiful bathroom with a 2-person spa bath and access to a sauna. The sleeping places in the house are in two good bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The last two sleeping places are on the loft, where there are two good box mattresses. Beautiful utility room with a separate sink, as well as a washing machine and dryer. For the little holiday guests, there is a high chair and a crib. There is high-speed internet in the house. There are several terraces with good garden furniture around the house. Additionally, there is a lovely external terrace on the 1st floor from which you can truly enjoy the view of both Samsø and Tunø.

The area around Øer is a cozy and popular holiday area close to forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and sandy shores. However, the beach in some places can be a mix of stones and sand. If you're into mountain biking, you'll find a 13 km long track in the area, divided into different difficulty levels. From the house, it's about a 10-minute drive to the harbor in Ebeltoft where you'll find the Glass Museum, a leading institution in modern glass art. On the harbor, there are also several good dining places, and there's always the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish. A visit to the frigate Jylland is also recommended. In Ebeltoft's charming cobblestone streets, you'll find many exciting shops with, among other things, handicrafts, as well as small cozy cafes. Here, you'll also find the city's most visited attraction, The Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. From the house, it's a short one-hour drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Summerland.
