Close to a good bathing beach, you'll find this cozy newly built annex. The annex belongs to a house that is not for rent but has its own entrance and terrace, making it feel like a separate residence. The annex caters to people who don't need much and perhaps want to experience the beautiful nature and sights of Mols and Djursland. Here, you'll find a small cozy living room with a small tea kitchen, and there's access to a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a grill. In the kitchen area, there's a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a table oven with two hotplates. Beautiful bathroom with a shower. The sleeping accommodations are in the lovely bedroom with a double bed and on the double sofa bed in the living room. Alternatively, you can sleep in the loft. There's both TV and internet. A crib and a high chair are also available. Throughout, there's underfloor heating.

Ahl Strand is a quiet and extremely child-friendly area. The beach is very family-friendly, characterized by white sandy beaches and shallow water with sandbanks, so the little ones can safely bathe. Additionally, the beach is a popular spot for windsurfers. The area is rich in bird and wildlife, so bringing binoculars is advisable. The house is located approximately a 5-minute drive from Ebeltoft city with its charming old cobblestone streets. Here, there are many small specialty shops, cafes, and several good restaurants can be found on the harbor. The Glass Museum and the Old Town Hall are also worth a visit, and you shouldn't miss out on a visit to Djurs Sommerland, one of the largest amusement parks in the Nordic region with activities for both adults and children. From the house, it's about a kilometer to a fine mountain bike track.
