This apartment offers a nice view from the living room and terrace over the Baltic Sea. Along the rocky coast, you get a beautiful view that extends all the way to the idyllic Gudhjem. The kitchen and loft were modernized in 2022. The apartment is cozily decorated with many finds from Bornholm, providing inspiration for excursions on the island. In the Boesvang complex, guests have access to a communal swimming pool, which is heated from June 15 to September 15. The holiday home is 34 m², spread over the ground floor and the loft. On the loft, there are two single beds. In the living room, there is additional sleeping space for one person and a sofa bed measuring 160x200 cm with good comfort. For the little ones, there is a high chair and a travel cot. The holiday home is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has its own terrace area with a charcoal grill. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, four ceramic hotplates, a convection oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. In the holiday home, there are two televisions, both with Chromecast, which can be accessed via a Wi-Fi connection. There are also some Danish TV channels, an FM radio, and wireless internet. One pet is allowed. It is 400 meters to the sea and 800 meters to the nearest store. Along the beautiful coastal path, Allinge and Sandkås beach can be reached on foot. Free parking is available right in front of the apartment.



No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.
