Cozy summer house with a short distance to the beach, on 2 floors. The ground floor features a nice new kitchen with a dining area and a lovely living room with both a dining area, cozy corners with sofas, and a wood-burning stove. Much of the pottery you see around the house was made by a ceramic artist who resided on Samsø, including the owl on the exterior wall and the tiles behind the wood-burning stove. Additionally, there is 1 bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a utility kitchen with a washing machine. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds.

Behind the house, there is a lovely garden with a tiled terrace and garden furniture, where you can enjoy the morning and evening sun. The house is ideal for both couples and families with children.

The summer house is located within a short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, a fish market, and shopping at the marina in Ballen. Go out and experience Samsø, fill your basket with fresh vegetables and treasures from the stalls, and enjoy the island experience.
