Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Hereof a total of 40 m² enclosed terrace. Patio heater. Swing. Sandbox. Plug for charging electric car is available.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,5 m wide, 7 m long and it is up to 1,3 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.The swimming pool has a countercurrent facility. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.
