Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 60 m² and is build in 1978. In 2016 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 400 m² natural site. Situated 900 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Sandbox. Carport is at your disposal.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs.1 Chromecast.1 DVD player. Stereo set. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.

Smoking in the house is not allowed.
