Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 120 m² and is build in 1987. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. Energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump heats the water in the pool. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Carport is at your disposal.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 6 m long and it is up to 1,6 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

The holiday home contains 1 TV. 1 Smart-TV.1 DVD player. Stereo set. Wireless internet at your disposal.

No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.
