Description
From the moment you step into the entrance, you'll feel the cozy atmosphere of this beautiful summer house. Here, you'll find a truly charming and well-furnished living room with a wood stove and heat pump, leading out to a large lovely terrace with garden furniture. The kitchen area is small but very cozy with a dining area. The sleeping accommodations are located in two lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and access to the terrace, and one with two single beds. The last two sleeping places are on a double sofa bed in the newly built annex. Lovely bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is internet in the house, and TV is done via Chromecast. The house is surrounded by charming terraces with garden furniture and is located on a beautiful plot with amenities such as a trampoline, perfect for play and outdoor relaxation.
Boeslum Bakker is a beautiful hilly area with views of fields and forests and close to a good sandy beach. There are also beaches on both the west and south sides of the Ebeltoft area. Boeslum Beach is predominantly a fine white sand beach with grass and flower-covered beach meadows. Some places the beach is a mixture of stones and sand, but mostly sand. The water is nice and clear but gets deep quickly. At the beach, there are toilets and an ice cream kiosk. From the beach, you have a view of Jernhatten, which is a popular destination, and the small island of Hjelm. It's not far from the house to Ebeltoft Town with its many attractions. Here you can visit the old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. You'll also find many small specialty shops and sidewalk cafes in the old cobblestone streets. At the harbor, you'll find the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art. Here you'll also find several good shops and eateries, and there are opportunities to buy freshly caught fish every day. It's a short drive to both Kattegat Center in Grenaa and to Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, with many activities for both young and old.
