An older, well-maintained, and family-friendly holiday home, centrally located on a charming natural plot in Boeslum Bakker on the outskirts of Ebeltoft. Just a few kilometers away are lovely beaches, and a short drive will take you to the beautifully undulating courses of Ebeltoft Golf Club. There's a secluded west-facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill. On the grounds, there are swings, a sandbox, and play equipment for the children.

The house is bright and inviting with a large, well-furnished living room with lovely natural light and access to the terrace and garden. There is dining space for 6 people, a wood stove, TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels, DVD and BluRay player, CD player, and radio. In open connection with the living room is the newer, functional kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, and fridge/freezer. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds, providing a total of 5 sleeping places. Nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Practical and spacious entrance hall with tiled floor. Internet access is available.

Boeslum Bakker is situated in the "sweet spot" between Ebeltoft with its beautiful old houses, cobblestone streets, and lovely sandy beach along Ebeltoft Bay, and the stunning coastline and beaches of the Kattegat. Here, you're within reach of both good shopping opportunities and a wealth of experiences and activities, whether you're into beach life, fishing, golf, or hiking and cycling.
