Just a 5-minute drive from Ebeltoft, you will find this exceptionally well-maintained and cozy holiday home. The house is situated on an elevated position with views over the beautiful landscape and features a lovely living room, cozily furnished with good furniture, a wood stove, and a heat pump. From the living room, there is access to a truly wonderful terrace with good garden furniture and a grill. Adjacent to the dining area is the cozy and well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms with double beds measuring 120x200 cm, 140x200 cm, and 160x200 cm, respectively. The house also includes a nice bathroom with a shower. For the little holiday guests, there is a cot, a high chair, and a sandbox. The house offers DR1 channels, a Chromecast, and internet. There is also an electric car charging station. The house is located on a sloping plot and is therefore not suitable for people with mobility issues. It is set in a beautiful natural area about 2 km from Ebeltoft Golf Course and within cycling distance of Ebeltoft town. Here, you can stroll through the town's cobblestone streets with hollyhocks, visit one of the small specialty shops, or visit the Old Town Hall. At the harbor, you will find the Frigate Jylland and the Glass Museum, as well as several good dining options and shops. A visit to Djurs Sommerland is also recommended, where you will find attractions for both young and old. Or visit the Kattegat Center in Grenaa, which recently expanded its collection with the cutest penguins.
