This well-maintained and continuously modernized house from 1974 is situated high and completely secluded on a hilly natural plot in a beautiful cottage area in eastern Ebeltoft. There's a lovely partially covered south and west-facing wooden terrace on three sides of the house with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill. On the large plot, there are swings for the children.

The large windows provide plenty of light in the spacious living room, where you can enjoy the view of nature. Here, you'll find comfortable armchairs, a dining area for 8 people with fixed benches and 4 chairs, TV with Danish (including TV2), German, Norwegian, and Swedish channels. There's also a DVD and CD player, as well as a radio. The well-equipped kitchen is in open connection with the living room and includes ceramic hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The house sleeps 8 people, with 2 rooms with double beds and 2 rooms with bunk beds. Nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The newly installed heat pump provides a comfortable indoor climate throughout the house with low energy consumption. For the little ones, there's a cot and a high chair. Internet access is available. For a modest fee, access to the newly built annex can be added, which includes toys and 4 good bicycles for adults.

This hilly and peaceful cottage area is located right in Ebeltoft itself, so you're close to both beautiful nature and the atmospheric old town as well as good shopping opportunities. It's only a bike ride to the child-friendly sandy beach in Ebeltoft Vig. Overall, the area offers many lovely beaches and great fishing opportunities
