Description

A lovely holiday home with a swimming pool, spa, and sauna, located in Egsmark – centrally located for almost everything. The beach and forest are within walking distance, and the charming town of Ebeltoft is only a 5-minute drive away.

The heart of the house is the 15 sqm pool room, which includes a spa and sauna. The house is designed with an open kitchen connected to the combined living and dining room, which features a wood-burning stove. The living room is equipped with a TV offering Danish channels, and there is internet access.

The house has 10 sleeping spaces, divided into 4 comfortable bedrooms: 2 with very good double beds, 1 room with bunk beds, and 1 room with two double beds arranged as bunk beds. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.

Outside, there is a lovely, enclosed terrace with a built-in barbecue. The house is equipped with a Genvex system, which helps provide a good indoor climate. Additionally, 2 heat pumps are installed to ensure optimal comfort.
