The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there is 1 bedroom. 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. 1-3 German channels.

No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.
