Large and nice apartment in a beautiful and charming townhouse with 2 living rooms, new kitchen, large bedrooms and close to the town and coast in Frederikshavn

This is a good, neat, and large apartment with 2 living rooms en-suite, wooden floors and high ceilings. There is plenty of space for 4 people in 2 spacious rooms. There is a large double bedroom and a room with 2 single beds. Both rooms are in a nice and quiet location with windows facing the courtyard.

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4, but also for 4 adults.

One of the living rooms is a dining room and is connected to both rooms, with a lovely dining table, where meals can be enjoyed. The other living room is furnished for cosy TV-evenings in the large sofa or armchair. 

The kitchen is newly renovated - it is very nice and has everything you need. Good fridge and freezer, induction hob and oven, cooker hood, and dishwasher. Here you can really bring or buy groceries and cook some lovely meals while enjoying the view of a charming courtyard that belongs to the beautiful townhouse.

The toilet is in the hallway by the back stairs and is small but nice. The shower is in a separate older tile bathroom off one of the bedrooms, but it works well.

Both a baby high-chair and a weekend bed are available.

The tenant must be at least 25 years old and be present throughout the rental period.

In the centre of Frederikshavn, you will find several shopping opportunities, both specialty shops and supermarkets, as well as a large, mixed selection of eateries. If you want to go out and explore during your holiday, Sæby and Skagen are not far away by car. 

With branches in Sæby, Frederikshavn and Skagen, the Coastal Museums tell the story of life past and present along the coast. If you're looking for nature experiences, you can't miss Grenen, the beaches and forests in the area, or the Pikkerbakken viewpoint in Frederikshavn.
