Centrally located in Frederikshavn close to the pedestrian zone and the harbour.

A steep staircase leads to the bright apartment on the 1st floor. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a window into the courtyard. There is also a sofa bed for two people in the living room.

You also have a nice and functional kitchen with a dishwasher and a newer bathroom with a spacious shower and underfloor heating at your disposal. There is access to a washing machine and tumble dryer, in the basement. You can also enjoy summer evenings on a lovely patio with a terrace, orangery and garden furniture. This patio is shared with guests on the ground floor.

There are two living rooms en-suite - a living room with dining area and a living room with sofa, armchair, table, and TV (+ sofa bed for 2 people).

Pets are not allowed.

The tenant must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the rental period.

Both a baby high-chair and weekend bed are available.

Parking spaces on the road and side road by the apartment.

Consumption is fixed and paid at the time of booking.

THE AREA:

If the weather for a trip to the beach, Frederikshavn's famous Palm Beach is only 2 kilometres away. In the centre of Frederikshavn, you will find several shopping opportunities, both specialty shops and supermarkets, as well as a large, mixed selection of eateries. If you want to go out and explore during your holiday, Sæby and Skagen are not far away by car.

With branches in Sæby, Frederikshavn and Skagen, the Coastal Museums tell the story of life past and present along the coast. If you're looking for nature experiences, you can't miss Grenen, the beaches and forests in the area, or the Pikkerbakken viewpoint in Frederikshavn.
