Close to Gjerrild Nordstrand, you will find this cozy and spacious holiday home, located on a lovely natural plot. The house features a large living room with a heat pump. From the living room, there is access to a wonderful covered terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding landscape and a small pond on the property. Connected to the living room is a cozy dining area and a lovely kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. The sleeping arrangements are spread across two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other with a bunk bed and a "pull-out" bed that turns into a 3/4 bed. There is a very nice bathroom with underfloor heating, a shower niche, and storage. The house also has a spacious entrance with room for shoes and outerwear. Internet access is available.

The house is situated on a large natural plot, ideal for outdoor play and relaxation, with a fire pit. The plot also features a small fenced pond.

Gjerrild Nordstrand is a popular, child-friendly area. Additionally, Gjerrild Klint is one of Denmark's most attractive spots for birdwatchers. The beach is a lovely, child-friendly sandy beach with a Blue Flag and beautiful dunes. From Gjerrild Klint, you can access one of Djursland's best spots for sea trout fishing.

The charming town of Grenaa, with its pedestrian streets and sidewalk cafés, is about a 20-minute drive away. A visit to Museum Østjylland is recommended, or you can visit the Kattegatcenter and get up close to the large sharks. From the harbor in Grenaa, there are ferry connections to Varberg in Sweden and the small island of Anholt. A visit to Djurs Sommerland, Northern Europe's largest amusement park, is also recommended and is about a 30-minute drive from the house. The Norddjurs area also boasts many castles, including the agricultural museum Gl. Estrup, which offers many activities throughout the summer.
