There is ground heat. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 89 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2600 m² natural site. Situated 450 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 600 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Carport is at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 5,5 m long and it is up to 1,2 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 6 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.
