The holiday home is situated on a 2545 m² natural site. Situated 375 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 11000 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Playhouse. Petanque. Fire place. Outdoor shower. Outdoor table with wash basin (cold and warm water). Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in adjustable bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex and 2 of them on the bed-loft. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).
