Description
Close to one of Jutland's best bathing beaches, you will find this small holiday home/cabin of 55 m², located on a lovely plot with heathland in the background. The house is authentic, offering a true offline experience where nature takes precedence over comfort. Inside, you’ll find a cozy small living room with a fireplace and access to a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. From the terrace, you can enjoy the most beautiful views of the forest and heathland, and you may be lucky enough to spot deer and hares in the backyard. The house features three small bedrooms: one with a single bed, one with a double bed, and one with a bunk bed (180 cm in length). There is a small but functional kitchen, and an integrated toilet with a shower niche, located just a few steps outside the door. As mentioned, this house is completely offline—there is neither TV nor internet, but an internet router can be rented at the office, and you can bring your own computer.
The holiday home area around Grenaa Beach is very quiet, child-friendly, and attractive. Close to the house, you’ll find heathland and forest, with several running and cycling routes. There is also Denmark’s longest single track for mountain biking, spanning 23 km. The beach is one of Jutland’s best sandy beaches with dunes, small pools, fine sand, a sandy bottom, and a blue flag. Nearby, you’ll also find a lively marina, bustling with activity throughout the summer, with several great restaurants. The Kattegatcenter, where you can get close to the sharks, is also located here. From the harbor, there are daily sailings to Halmstad in Sweden and Anholt. The town of Grenaa offers many charming shops and cafes, and you can also visit the Museum of Eastern Jutland. From Grenaa, it’s about a 30-minute drive to Northern Europe’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, and about an hour’s drive to Randers Rainforest.
