A wholly unique feature in the pool area is the sunken bar which can be raised up from the floor, making it ideal for parties. The adjacent gym contains a diverse array of exercise equipment, while a solarium allows you to work on your tan all year round. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for practicing your culinary talents, and the finished product can be sent up to the spacious living room via the food elevator, allowing guests to dine in luxurious surroundings with a panoramic view.
