Originally built in 1935, it was thoroughly modernised in 2006, and is today a stylish and tasteful vacation property boasting all modern conveniences and luxuries. The property boasts a spacious 200 m2 bathing area under a glittering artificial starry sky created by 7500 small light bulbs. The large (80 m2) swimming pool with diving board will provides hours of fun for adults and kids alike, and is complimented by an eight-person spa complete with relaxing underwater massage. A wholly unique feature in the pool area is the sunken bar which can be raised up from the floor, making it ideal for parties. The adjacent gym contains a diverse array of exercise equipment, while a solarium allows you to work on your tan all year round. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for practicing your culinary talents, and the finished product can be sent up to the spacious living room via the food elevator, allowing guests to dine in luxurious surroundings with a panoramic view.
