Hvidbjerg and the other popular beaches Mørkholt and Høll are located between Vejle and Fredericia. Hvidbjerg Strand gets its name from the protected Hvidbjerg Dune, which is unique to the east coast of Jutland. The large, white, fine-grained sand dune - 27 meters above sea level - is divided into the Large and Small Dune. From the top of Hvidbjerg Dune, there is a fantastic view over the forested Trelde Næs and the outer part of Vejle Fjord. The national cycle route no. 5, the East Coast Route, goes through the area.
