Both the kitchen and the conservatory offer a fantastic view of the water and Kerteminde Bay. The house's 2 bedrooms both have double beds. The third room is set up as a TV room (TV and chromecast) with a comfortable sofa and a computer desk. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and a washer/dryer. The energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump ensures cost-effective heating for the entire house. There is underfloor heating in all rooms.

The choliday home is located on a double plot with a shared driveway. A tall hedge has been established between the neighbor and the holiday home. Behind the house, there is a paved terrace with access to garden furniture. There are also garden furniture in the front yard. In the backyard. Beautiful surroundings and interesting experiences in Kerteminde

The holiday homes in Kerteminde are situated in a small area called Sommerbyen along the northern beach in Kerteminde, which is among Funen's finest.

Kerteminde's old town center is just a few kilometers from Sommerbyen. You can stroll along the beach promenade into town, enjoy the atmosphere at the new Renaissance harbor, shop in the charming stores of the shopping street Langegade, and dine at one of the many restaurants and cafes.

Kerteminde boasts an authentic, old fishing harbor where fishing boats still dock.
