This charming holiday home boasts a unique location right on the beachfront at Dinestrup Strand, near Kerteminde. Here, you can enjoy peaceful vacation days with the beach just outside your door. From the home’s kitchen-living area and large terrace, you’ll have an impressive panoramic view of the sea, inviting tranquility and reflection.

Renovated in 2021, the house is designed to accommodate the whole family. It features three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed. Additionally, there is a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a Smart TV with Chromecast, as well as a bright kitchen-living area equipped with an American-style fridge with an ice dispenser. The bathroom is compact but functional.

From the kitchen-living area, you have access to a cozy loft with an armchair – the perfect spot to dive into a book or simply enjoy the breathtaking sea view. Outside, you’ll find several inviting terraces, including a beach terrace and a pergola where you can relax in the shade on warm summer days. The enclosed courtyard garden at the back of the house is perfect for unwinding in shelter from the wind and enjoying the evening sun.

As an extra luxury, the house includes a freestanding, barrel-shaped, wood-fired sauna. Here, you can soak up the warmth while taking in the spectacular sea views – a truly special experience.

Beautiful surroundings and interesting experiences in Kerteminde

Dinestrup Strand is a small holiday home area where the cottages are situated right by the water. There’s no noisy traffic or crowds of beachgoers here. You’ll practically have the beach to yourself, as it’s mainly used by the few holiday homes in the area. The beach has fine sand with some pebbles, and although the water is shallow for several meters, it’s perfect for swimming or using your paddleboard.

Kerteminde, located just 7 km from Dinestrup Strand, is one of Fyn’s hidden gems, offering everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

The town boasts two fantastic beaches, both north and south of the center. The north beach is especially family-friendly and very popular with both locals and visitors. During the summer months, lifeguards keep watch over swimmers from the iconic red and white lifeguard tower.

After a relaxing day at the beach, it’s just a short stroll to the charming town center, where you can explore unique boutiques and enjoy lunch at one of the many cafés and restaurants. At the new Renaissance harbor, you can take a break with an ice cream or coffee while watching small boats glide by.

Visit Fjord&Bælt with the whole family and get a close-up look at Denmark’s only whale, the harbor porpoise. The Johannes Larsen Museum offers an incredible experience, where you can tour the artist’s private home and explore the modern exhibition building with rotating art displays. Don’t forget to stop by the café, which boasts one of the town’s best views.

Just outside Kerteminde, you’ll find the Viking Museum Ladby, which hosts exciting Viking activities during the summer—a fun and educational experience for kids and adults alike.
